2. Digital Product Delivery

All Climb Academy products are digital downloads.
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with download links or access instructions within minutes.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you don’t receive your product within 24 hours, contact us at help.climbacadem@gmail.com, and we’ll resend your files promptly.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and Mollie, which comply with the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

Climb Academy does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

4. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase an eBook or audiobook from Climb Academy, you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-user license to access and use the digital content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, upload, or distribute our digital products to others

  • Reproduce or modify the content in any way

  • Post or share files on public or file-sharing platforms

  • Use Climb Academy materials for commercial or classroom distribution without written permission

If you wish to use our materials in a school, library, or classroom setting, please contact us for a Classroom License Agreement.

All digital content remains the copyrighted property of Climb Academy.

5. Refunds and Returns

Because our products are delivered digitally, all sales are considered final once delivered.
However, we gladly assist in cases of:

  • Duplicate orders or accidental payments

  • Wrong product delivery

  • Corrupted or missing files
