Refund & Return Policy – Climb Academy

 

At Climb Academy, our mission is to make reading magical, safe, and accessible for every child.
Because our products are digital eBooks and audiobooks, our refund and return policy differs from that of physical items.


1. Digital Product Policy

All of our eBooks, audiobooks, and downloadable content are delivered electronically.
Once an item has been successfully sent to your registered email address or made available for download, it is considered delivered and non-returnable.

Since digital files can’t be “returned,” we generally cannot offer refunds once the download or access link has been provided.

However, we understand that honest mistakes happen and we’re here to help!

If you:

  • Received the wrong eBook or audiobook,

  • Did not receive your digital product after purchase, or

  • Experienced technical issues downloading your file,

please contact us at help.climbacadem@gmail.com and we’ll gladly resolve the issue.


2. Order Errors or Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally purchased the same title twice or were charged multiple times, please email us within 7 days of purchase.
We will verify your transaction and issue a full refund for any confirmed duplicate payments.


3. Damaged or Corrupted Files

If your downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or won’t open properly, just reach out to us!
We’ll quickly resend the correct version or provide an equivalent replacement at no additional cost.


4. Refund Approval Process

Once we receive your refund request, our support team will review your case within 3–5 business days.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed through your original payment method (via Stripe or Mollie) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.


5. Promotional or Sale Items

eBooks or bundles purchased at a discounted or promotional price are not eligible for refunds unless the product was not delivered or was defective.


6. Gifts and Transfers

If you received a Climb Academy eBook as a gift, refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.
However, we’re happy to exchange the gift for another title of equal value if the request is made within 7 days of delivery.


7. Secure Payment Processing

All payments on Climb Academy are processed securely through Stripe and Mollie, which comply with the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Climb Academy does not store or access your full credit card information.
Refunds can only be issued through the same payment method used during checkout.
