Refund & Return Policy – Climb Academy

At Climb Academy, we want every young reader to have a fun and inspiring experience discovering books!
Since our products are digital eBooks (sent directly to your email after purchase), our refund and return process is a little different from physical products.

1. Digital Product Policy

Once an eBook has been sent to your registered email address, it is considered delivered and non-returnable.
Because digital files can’t be “returned” like a physical book, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds once the download or delivery has been completed.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen!
If you:

  • received the wrong eBook,

  • had trouble downloading your purchase, or

  • didn’t receive your eBook at all,

please contact us right away at contact@climbacademy.com, and we’ll gladly help resolve it.

2. Order Errors or Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally made a duplicate payment or purchased the same book twice, please email us within 7 days of your order.
We’ll verify the details and process a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

3. Damaged or Corrupted Files

If your downloaded eBook file is corrupted or won’t open, just let us know!
We’ll resend the correct file or provide a replacement at no cost.

4. Refund Approval Process

Once we review your case, we’ll notify you by email about the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

5. Sale Items

Please note that eBooks purchased during discounted promotions or sales are not eligible for refunds.

6. Gifts

If you received a Climb Academy eBook as a gift, refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.
However, we can help you exchange the gift for another title of equal value if requested within 7 days.
